- Inner chamber volume:Â Our laboratory autoclave come in 35, 50, 75 and 100 liters’ volume. Each unit is supplied with two numbers stainless steel perforated baskets.
- Construction:Â inner and outer construction of our laboratory hand wheel autoclave is made of thick stainless steel 304 sheets which is corrosion resistance. Whole unit is mounted on caster wheels for easy mobility.
- Locking mechanism:Â Locking mechanism is hand wheel type. A small rotating wheel is mounted on top of the unit which is very light weight to rotate and helps in opening and closing of the lid. All you need to rotate wheel anti-clock wise to open and clock wise to close the lid.
- Control system:Â Our laboratory autoclave hand wheel type is fitted with microprocessor based controller which features bright LCD display. User can set temperature and timer. There are indications of low and high water level, date and time, sterilization temperature and timer, heating and exhaust indicators also. Pressure is displayed on dial gage in Mpa.
- Sterilization cycle: There are three default sterilization cycles in our laboratory autoclave; 121°C, 126°C and 134°C. User can select and run anyone according to his requirement. There is one editable sterilization cycle; user can set temperature and time as per his specific requirement.
- Steam Exhaust: After sterilization steam is automatically released and laboratory autoclave stops the cycle with a beep sound. There is also a setting of NO EXHAUST / DRAIN in which steam is not automatically released but condensed after some time; when temperature goes below 80°C user can open the lid and remove the material; basically this feature is used for liquid sterilization cycle.
- Safety features:Â Our laboratory autoclave hand wheel type is loaded with various safety features that make these hand wheel laboratory vertical autoclave safe for operator and sample both. Low water level sensor does not let the autoclave heating of water is lower than required level. It keeps the heating element safe from running autoclave dry. An over pressure safety valve fitted on the rear side of the autoclave opens in case of pressure exceeds the limit.
- Validation port:Â A validation port with nut locking is provided which can be used by unscrew side cover. It is used to insert external sensors for calibration of the autoclave.
