Top Loading Furnace

Top loading furnaces are made vertical heating chambers; where material or crucible is put from top. Door is fitted on top, which is lift up to open and put down to close. Usually such furnaces are used to put crucibles; therefore, these furnaces are also called crucible furnaces. These furnaces are made with high quality ceramic fiber heating chamber. Heating elements are imported Kanthal A1. Temperature is controller using PID temperature controller and thermocouple K type is used to sense temperature inside chamber. As an option, we can cover heating elements that keep them safe from contact of corrosive gases and spillage of liquid or material. Housing is made of powder coated welded steel frame.
