Depyrogenation Oven

Depyrogenation oven is widely used in biotechnology research and development for dry heat sterilization of pharmaceutical components and products. This process is often applied on heat-stable oils, ointments and powders and also on heat-stabile components, glassware and metal parts etc. in order to make ?nal product pyrogen free. This process destroys both microbial and pyrogenic contaminants that may present on surface of the products.

We are depyrogenation oven or dry heat sterilizer manufacturers and suppliers in India. These machines are constructed in various dimensions and sizes. Standard units come with 4, 8, 16 and 24 trays or more. Loading trolleys are provided with large units. These ovens are ruggedly constructed with stainless steel 304, if needed, AISI 316 is also used. Chamber is easy clean. Outer surface is also made with stainless steel 304. Generally these machines are made with single door; however, we can also design depyrogenation oven having double door (doors at both end) for pass through applications.
